Set right on the Lake Huron shoreline at Dorcas Bay, this 3,500-square-foot villa puts you five minutes from Singing Sands Beach and fifteen from the shops and dive boats of downtown Tobermory — prime position for exploring Bruce Peninsula National Park and the Grotto. Five bedrooms with a mix of queens, doubles, and singles sleep up to ten (eight adults and two children), supported by four bathrooms. A two-sided wood-burning fireplace anchors the living space, and a pool table, wifi, and Netflix cover the rainy days. Outside is where it shines: a large deck, a walkway down to a water-level deck on the lake, a private dock, hot tub, fire pit, propane BBQ, hammock, and a kayak with life jackets included. With air conditioning and a washer and dryer, it works as well for a week-long family summer base as a shoulder-season escape.
