Set on a private acre of Colpoys Bay shoreline about five minutes from downtown Wiarton, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage is built for big gatherings, sleeping up to twelve. A new patio and pathway lead down to the bay, where a dock and beach access invite swimming and paddling — two kayaks, a canoe, a paddleboat, and life jackets are all provided. Evenings revolve around the hot tub and fire pits under Bruce Peninsula skies. Inside you'll find a full kitchen with stocked pantry, smart TV, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and a kids' playroom complete with high chairs, so multi-generation trips are easy. Dogs are welcome with a cleaning fee. From this east-shore perch you're well placed for the Bruce Trail above Colpoys Bay, Sauble Beach a short drive west, and day trips up to Lion's Head and Tobermory.
